Before becoming a doula, I saw more women coerced into intervention, and often harmed by it, than had the experience they wanted during labor. I believe this is a travesty.
I want to help as many women as possible not to have this be their story. I also believe that the more women have beautiful birth stories, the more others will be empowered to advocate for their own.
Mission
At Lifegiving Bodies, we believe in empowering women to take charge of their birth experience. Our doula services are rooted in personal care and understanding, inspired by the founder’s journey. We provide continuous support during pregnancy and labor, fostering a nurturing environment for mothers to blossom. Our aim is to create positive birth experiences that women can cherish.
Vision
Our vision is a world where every expectant mother feels safe, supported, and empowered throughout birth, and every family thrives in the postpartum journey - with medical interventions reserved for true emergencies, allowing mothers and babies the space to flourish naturally.
