​Learning to care for a new baby can be overwhelming, particularly if you don't know what you don't know. Our doulas can help you get the support you need. 

• Education on typical newborn behavior and development

• Local resources and referrals 

• Breastfeeding assistance

Infant Care

Sometimes in the transition to parenthood, we need someone else to help with the care of our baby. Whether it is to get in a nap, a shower, or simply take a break, our doulas will care for your baby while you take care of your needs. 

• Hands-on infant care or assistance

• Support for all infant feeding choices

• Creating age appropriate routines and healthy sleep habits

Light Housework

​Transitioning into parenthood is a lot to handle. Our doulas can help take a few things off of your plate by assisting with light household work. A few examples include: 

• Folding laundry

• Setting up & organizing nurseries

• Light cooking

• Vacuuming
